1. Purpose of use

Users may download and use photo data contained in the gallery page (hereafter "Photo Data") for personal use in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. Handling of Photo Data

（1）The copyrights of all the Photo Data belong to the Central Japan Railway Company. Note that we do not own miscellaneous rights for people, goods, architectures, etc. shown in the Photo Data (excluding portrait rights, trademark rights, copyrights and miscellaneous other rights we own). If any dispute arises with regard to these rights, applicable users must take responsibility for processing and resolving it.

（2）It is prohibited to apply secondary processing to the Photo Data. This provision does not apply to cropping and correction of image quality within the scope that would not undermine the Photo Data's integrity.

（3）Users must not transfer or lease Photo Data to a third party.

（4）We shall not be held liable for any damage incurred by users and third parties from the downloading and use of Photo Data.

3. Prohibitions

（1）The following acts are prohibited when using this Website and Photo Data:
a. Using the Photo Data on the Internet (e.g. SNS)
b. Using the Photo Data for business or other purposes
c. Using the Photo Data for the purpose of transferring or leasing it to a third party
d. Using the Photo Data for purposes, formats and usages that could be contrary to public order and morality
e. Using the Photo Data for purposes, formats and usages that could infringe on a third party's rights
f. Engaging in other acts that are in breach of these terms and conditions or acts that we consider to be inappropriate

（2）In any of the following situations, we shall request that the user stop using the Photo Data, and may request compensation if any damage is incurred:
a. When the user breaches these terms and conditions
b. When the user engages in an act that destroys trusting ties between the user and us
c. When we determine that the user's purposes, formats and methods for using the Photo Data are inappropriate, e.g. potentially damaging to our corporate image
